Using Unfurl

Use Unfurl lawfully and for your own personal use. You must be at least 13 to use Unfurl.

Not medical care

Unfurl is not a medical product. It's a self-management and productivity tool designed to be friendly to how many people with ADHD work. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent ADHD or any medical or mental-health condition, and is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or medication. If you may be in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away.

As is

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfurl is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it renews per the app store's terms and can be managed or cancelled in your device settings. Purchases can be restored from the app.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you in the app when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
